I am Junseop Steve Jeong, founder of Winning Path Co., and a lifelong believer in the power of athletics to shape lives. I grew up in Arizona from middle school and graduated from Arizona State University (ASU) with a degree in Business Management, where golf became a cornerstone of my personal and professional journey. From those early years, sport has guided my path both on and off the field of play. Over the course of my career, I have worked across nearly every dimension of the sports industry:

-Coaching & Mentorship – Guiding elite juniors and aspiring professionals to reach their next level.

-Event & Tournament Management – Supporting and leading international competitions that bring athletes together on the global stage.

-Media & Storytelling – Serving as a PGA TOUR commentator and sharing the narratives that inspire fans and communities.

-Global Business Leadership – Driving strategic initiatives with IMG Academy, connecting Asia with the United States across multiple sports.

These experiences, in instruction, operations, media, and business have given me a complete perspective on how sports can create growth and open doors. Through Winning Path Co., I aim to build a platform where young athletes, families, and partners can develop their skills, pursue education, and expand their horizons. Our work goes beyond golf: we are committed to building pathways in multiple sports, shaping programs that emphasize resilience, connection, and opportunity.
